OUR STORY

KimHoe Construction & Trading Sdn. Bhd. started the iron morgery work business in a small scale in 1978 under the company name of Kim Ho Workshop.

In 1988, the company expanded its business and undertook its first steel structure building project and this first step has paved the way for a bigger. larger construction project and alter the core business of the company.

With its new found experience the company in 1995, started to venture into other construction related sectors and trading business, steel structure roof & roofing system, installation of roofing, steel frameworks and sub-contracting building works.

With its core business expanding rapidly the company in 2001 has changed its name to KimHoe Construction & Trading Sdn. Bhd. as a result of diversified business involvement.

In 2005, we construction by integrating the WinSteels system, specializing in advanced lightweight steel roof trusses. By fusing proven engineering with high-tensile technology, we revolutionized traditional roofing methods, delivering faster, stronger, and more sustainable solutions that set today's industry standards.

Leveraging decades of engineering expertise, we strategically expanded our portfolio in 2021 to include high-performance fire-rated metal doors, precision-engineered metal door frames, and bespoke laser-cut metal gate solutions.

By over four decades of experience in steel products, roofing system and lightweight galvanized iron trusses, the company has established a dominant position in large-scale residential, commercial, and industrial projects, setting new industry standards.
